How review works
- Customer requirements are recorded with their source, version, and date. Customer preferences are never presented as legal requirements.
- Every finding cites the supplied document and location it rests on.
- Software assistants extract dates and compare text; a person decides, and approval is a separate step from the evidence status.
- Material edits to a finding invalidate its earlier approval.
- Public records, when used, are matched on verified identity and labeled with their dates and limits.

Privacy and data
The estimate form collects business contact and scoping information. Confidential documents are not accepted through the website. Customer files stay separate from nonprofit records and from Safety Watch. A full privacy notice and terms will be linked here before the form is activated.
Who we are
IronGate Safety Intelligence and IronGate Safety Advisory are planned commercial operating names of IronGate Safety & Risk Solutions LLC (formation and assumed-name status to be verified before use). IronGate Safety Watch is a separate editorial publication; its coverage is never changed by this service. IronGate Safety Alliance and IronGate Safety Foundation are planned separate nonprofit organizations. They do not own, guarantee, approve, or subsidize this service, and commercial customer records are kept apart from their member, donor, and applicant records.
