Contractor Readiness Review
A scoped, one-time comparison of your supplied evidence with one customer's requirements.
Who it suits
Texas electrical, controls, and mechanical contractors with a live customer qualification, renewal, bid, or returned submission.
What we ask you to supply
- The customer's current requirements or qualification request
- Relevant written safety programs
- An aggregate training matrix and necessary supporting records
- Previous return or rejection comments
- Where applicable: annual injury summaries and hours worked, insurer-issued experience-modifier letters, and relevant insurance documents
- Prior corrective-action lists
We ask only for what the agreed scope needs, and we default to redacted and aggregate information. We do not request injury narratives, individual case forms, Social Security numbers, payment cards, private employee contact details, medical histories, or platform passwords.
Steps
- You request an estimate; a person scopes it and sends a private quote.
- We agree scope, confidentiality terms, and an engagement letter.
- You supply the agreed documents through the arranged channel.
- We map requirements to evidence and draft findings; a person reviews them.
- You receive the evidence matrix, document register, prioritized action list, management brief, and a review call.
Timelines are agreed in the quote. The clock starts when we have complete, usable inputs, not when the form is submitted.
