IronGate Safety FoundationA planned, separately governed charitable nonprofit. Formation and IRS recognition are not yet verified, so it is not accepting gifts and nothing here is described as tax-deductible.

IronGate Safety Foundation

Expand access to safety education. Support workers and families. Build safer futures.

A planned charitable organization focused on four things: education access, community outreach, career pathways and needs-based help. We are not asking for money yet. We are asking who wants to help build it right.

Status, in plain words: the Foundation is not yet formed and has no IRS recognition we can show you. Gifts cannot be made, and nothing here is described as tax-deductible.

Four program areas

What we intend to do, and what is true today.

Every program is planned. None is operating or fundraising. Nothing below includes beneficiaries, results or cost-per-outcome figures, because none exist.

Scholarships

Planned
The need
Costs of courses, exams and fees can keep capable people from starting or finishing safety education, certification or training.
Who may benefit
Students, career changers and working people pursuing safety education, certification or training. Eligibility rules are not yet written.
What the Foundation intends to provide
Scholarships toward safety education, certification and training costs.
How support will be allocated
Amounts, criteria and selection process will be set by the board and published before any award. No award amounts are advertised.
Program status

Safety outreach

Planned
The need
Practical safety and first aid/CPR knowledge is not equally available to children, young adults, families and underserved communities.

What the Foundation intends to provide
Safety outreach and first aid/CPR education delivered by qualified instructors, in settings that fit each audience.

Program status
Planned. Not operating and not yet fundraising.

Pathways into safety careers

Planned
The need
Many people do not know that safety careers exist, or how to move into them.
Who may benefit
People exploring safety-related work, including apprentices, career changers and early-career workers.
What the Foundation intends to provide
Career exploration, workforce training support and connections to credible pathways.
How support will be allocated
Priorities and any partnerships will be decided and disclosed before the program starts. None are confirmed today.
Program status
Planned. Not operating and not yet fundraising.

Needs-based assistance

Planned
The need
A workplace injury can create sudden financial strain for workers and their families, including basic needs.
Who may benefit
Eligible injured workers and their families. Eligibility is not yet defined and nothing is promised to anyone.
What the Foundation intends to provide
Needs-based help with eligible basic needs, once a careful, fair and confidential application process exists.
How support will be allocated
Applications are not open. The board must adopt eligibility, review and privacy procedures first. Please do not include hardship, medical or children's information.
Program status
Planned. Not operating and not yet fundraising.

The giving journey

What giving will look like.

This is a preview of the steps. It is not a working checkout.

  1. Choose where your gift goes
  2. Choose one-time or monthly
  3. Review the receiving organization and receipt details
  4. Give, then cancel a monthly gift any time

Where your gift goes

You will choose either a specific program or the Foundation's general mission. General gifts support programs and reasonable operating costs. Program-designated gifts will be tracked for that program. This is the intended policy, pending adoption by the board.

No guesses about impact

We will not publish claims such as what a particular amount funds until actual costs support them. We will not invent stories, beneficiaries, partners or totals. When we share a story, it will be permission-based and dignified. Any stock or illustrative image will be labeled as such.

Applications

Honest about help that is not ready.

Scholarships

Not open. Use the interest form to be told when they are.

Needs-based assistance

Not open. If you need help now, we cannot provide it yet. Please contact local resources, your state workers' compensation agency or 211.

Your information

The form below collects a name, email and how you would like to help. It does not collect hardship, medical or children's information. If you include any, we will delete it.
