Donation and Recurring-Gift Policies

IronGate Safety Foundation is a planned, separately governed charitable nonprofit. It is not a commercial division of IronGate Safety & Risk Solutions LLC.

Today

• The Foundation is not accepting gifts of any kind. The giving controls on the Foundation page are a disabled preview.
• Nothing on this site is described as tax-deductible. We will say so only after IRS recognition is verified and the specific statement is supported.
• Purchases from IronGate's commercial services do not benefit the Foundation, and Alliance dues are not donations.

Intended policy when giving opens (pending board adoption)

• You will choose either a specific program or the Foundation's general mission. General gifts support programs and reasonable operating costs. Program-designated gifts are tracked for that program.
• Each checkout will name the Foundation as the receiving organization and show the receipt details before you give.
• Recurring gifts will show the amount and schedule up front, and can be cancelled in a few clicks from the receipt or by contacting the Foundation. Cancelling stops future gifts only.
• Receipts will be accurate to the gift and the Foundation's verified status at that time.
• We will not publish claims about what a particular amount funds until actual costs support them.
• Gifts will be accepted only after the receiving entity, payment setup, required disclosures and any fundraising registration requirements have been reviewed.
