Membership Terms and Cancellation

IronGate Safety Alliance is a planned, separately governed nonprofit professional association. It is not a commercial division of IronGate Safety & Risk Solutions LLC. These terms describe today's situation and what members can expect once membership opens.

Today

• Membership is not open. The only thing available is a free interest list. Joining it is not a membership, creates no account and takes no payment.
• No paid tier can be purchased. No prices are set.
• Marketing email and a public profile each need your separate, later permission.

When membership opens

• Membership will be defined by the Alliance's bylaws, which are not yet adopted.
• Before you pay, you will see the exact price, billing interval, renewal date, what is included and each benefit's real status. Paid checkout will sell only benefits that are Available now.
• You will be able to cancel renewal, downgrade, edit or hide your profile, and ask for deletion from your dashboard or by contacting the Alliance. Cancelling a paid tier never removes your right to keep a free profile.
• A refund policy has not been adopted. It will be published before any payment is taken.
• Membership badges show participation only. They are not certifications, endorsements, ratings or verified credentials, and payment never buys them.
• Alliance dues are membership dues. They are not charitable donations.
