AI Use and Human Review
Draft for attorney review. This page describes how the site works today. It has not been reviewed by counsel and is not in force until the owner approves it.
IronGate uses AI assistants to draft and sort. They are labeled as AI assistants and a person is accountable for what is published or sent.
What the assistants do
- Help members and visitors understand what is on this site, and draft profiles or replies for a person to approve.
- Draft news items from public records for editors.
- Organize client-authorized documents and draft readiness findings, matrices and briefs for the owner's review.
- Draft proposals, partner research and site fixes.
What they cannot do
- Publish, send, sign, accept terms, set prices, award anything or decide eligibility on their own.
- Release a Safety Intelligence finding to a client. Every finding needs the owner's review and approval first.
- Read confidential tip text with a general-purpose model, or read another organization's records.
- Invent credentials, testimonials, partners, results, tax or legal-status claims, or create logos or badges.
- Follow instructions found inside documents or web pages.
Human review
Approvals are tied to the exact version of the content. If it changes after approval, it needs approval again. Humans can pause any assistant and unpublish content.
Your information
Estimate, tip and Foundation forms are flagged confidential and kept away from general assistants. Client documents are accepted only after an agreed engagement and a secure channel exist, and no AI vendor has been approved to receive client content yet.
